This section explains the Cancellation and Refunds of Digited's website - digited.in, (hereinafter referred to as "the Website") and Digited's mobile application, (hereinafter referred to as "the App"). The Website and the App shall hereinafter be collectively referred to as "the Platform" and the coaching institute shall hereinafter be referred to as “the Institute”. The live courses, recorded courses and test series hereinafter be collectively referred to as “Course”.
Cancellations of any Course subscription is not allowed.
However, if the Institute cancels the Course due to any reason. In such cases, the Institute is totally liable to refund the amount paid by you. The Platform will forward such requests to the Institute and the Institute will process such cancellations and refund the amount to you. The Platform or the Institute withholds the right to deduct the fair and appropriate amount from the fees paid while processing the refund.
Please read the terms and conditions carefully before enrolling in any Course that is listed on the Platform. Once you have enrolled and the payment is done, you cannot cancel your enrollment and it shall be final. You cannot make any changes or modifications to the same and neither will there be any refund. Once enrolled, Course on the Platform is non– transferable in nature. You cannot change Course or you cannot transfer Course subscription to another person/friends/relative under any circumstance.
However, if there is any claim/ complaint made for a refund by you due to non-delivery of promised Course/ dropping of Course etc. The Platform shall forward the same to the Institute and the Institute may consider any such claims. The Platform or the Institute withholds the right to deduct the fair and appropriate amount from the fees paid while processing the refund.
